St. Patrick’s Day at The Cider Farm

Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day.
The Irish like to drink cider.
So, everyone likes to drink cider! Right?! 🙂

Warmed, large soft pretzel served with a cheese sauce made from our Oak Aged cider and aged cheddar

Mini Corned Beef Brisket | 16
Two corned beef sliders on pretzel buns, topped with full grain mustard and servec with steamed and buttered mixed small potatoes and roasted cabbage

Vegetarian Shepard’s Pie | 16
Vegetarian Shepard’s pie with local root vegetables, mushrooms, pearl barley, and carrots.  Topped with mashed potatoes baked golden brown and roasted cabbage.
