Clarisse Tobia

Clarisse Tobia is a vocalist, pianist, and composer currently based out of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. She began playing piano and composing music at age 3, while her formal training as a singer began when she was 12 years old. She is a versatile performer with skill sets in improvisation, classical music, and modern music. Currently, her pursuits and enjoyment as a performer have focused on playing covers of popular music at venues and special events around the Sun Prairie and Madison area. In April (2023), she released Night Music, an album of improvised piano music meant to be an imaginative and relaxing listening experience. She is looking forward to releasing more original music, as well as a cover album, in the near future.

The Cider Farm

The Cider Farm offers ciders made with organic, true cider apples grown near Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The ciders pair beautifully with the made from ‘scratch’ small plates featuring locally and organically grown ingredients.
