A bottle of cider.  Choose from Oak-Aged, Classic Dry, Equinox or Tremlett’s.

Main Course 

Beef Tenderloin

Seven Seeds Farm Organic, Pan-Seared, 8oz Beef Tenderloin. Served with Maple Syrup Glazed Carrots & Leeks and Roasted Potatoes.

OR

French Cassoulet 

Tuscan White Beans, Duck Confit and  Straight Forward Farm Pork Sausage.  Served with Maple Syrup Glazed Carrots & Leeks and Roasted Potatoes.

Dessert

Crêpe Suzette

Flambéed crêpe with Buttery Orange Zest, The Cider Farm Apple Slices and Apple Brandy topped with Vanilla Bean Mousse
