2-yr Aged Apple Brandy

Each of our small batch 2-year aged, single barrel Apple Brandy releases are unique for several reasons. There is the vintage effect of each year’s weather. The selection of apples used varies as trees come into production, trees mature, and amounts of each variety changes. Then each of the charred-oak Bourbon barrels used for aging is unique. Each barrel includes wild apple wood from our Farm to add to that uniqueness.  Our 2-year releases are slightly barrel-forward with a light whiskey note allowing the apple brandy to stand up nicely in cocktails–and even to be substituted for Bourbon in some of your favorites.
