5-yr Aged Apple Brandy

Each of our small batch, single barrel releases are unique for several reasons–weather, the exact mix of apples and the variances of the barrels themselves, among other things. We don’t blend to a standard, we allow the single barrel uniqueness to shine through.  Our five year releases are fruit-forward, aged in toasted oak barrels and bottled at 45% ABV.  This allows for a drop or two of water or an ice cube to be added for perfect sipping.
