Rosé
Our 2025 Harvest Rosé is here! A mix of red-fleshed apple varieties – Redfield, Otterson, Bud-9, and Geneva Crab – plus some Liberty to make it pop – this cider has the most unique flavor profile across our lineup and of course has it’s unmistakable red hue. This year’s is particularly red, with a bold juicy acidity to match, due to orchard growing conditions over 2025.
Semi-dry cider with high acidity and a crisp finish, with deep red berry and fruit notes on the nose and palate
Aroma – ripe wild strawberries, red raspberry, lime zest
Palate– red raspberry, red currant, lime juice up front, finishing with green melon, and subtle tannins rounding out the mouthfeel with a medium-long crisp finish.
The high but balanced acidity along with the unique complex tart red fruit and berry flavors make this cider an unmistakable Rosé- one made from 100% Wisconsin, organic, true-cider apples!
