The Cider Farm Sidecar

1.5oz (3T) The Cider Farm Aged Apple Brandy

1oz (2T) Cointreau, Grand Marnier or orange liqueur

1/2oz (1T) fresh lemon juice

2 – 4oz The Cider Farm Cyser, Classic Dry or Equinox cider

1. Combine the Apple Brandy, orange liqueur and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake until chilled (about 30 seconds)
3. Strain into a glass with ice
4. Top with cider
