Wisconsin 75 Cocktail

This cocktail was developed by Claire Kellesvig of The Weary Traveler

3/4oz The Cider Farm aged Apple Brandy

1/4oz Grand Marnier, Cointreau or orange flavored liquore

1/4oz The Cider Farm Maple Syrup infused with Apple Brandy

1/2 to 3/4oz Lemon juice according to taste

  1. Shake ingredients with ice
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, white wine glass or tumbler
  3. Top with a few ounces of The Cider Farm Classic Dry, Cyser or Equinox cider
  4. Garnish with an orange peel twist
